Make tile and stone installation faster and easier with the self-leveling Ardex Liquid BackerBoard - 50 lbs. For use over wooden subfloors, concrete, terrazzo, ceramic tile and epoxy, this underlayment is a pourable blend of Portland cement and other hydraulic cements that replaces traditional backerboards and eliminates the need to cut, fit, glue and fasten. The Ardex Liquid Backerboard allows tile and stone to be installed in as little as six hours, is walkable within 2-3 hours and is easy to mix &ndash; simply add water. It's suitable for the installation of engineered wood plank and laminate floor coverings, and for encapsulating electrical in-floor heating systems. The Ardex Liquid Backerboard does not require lath mesh, even when used to smooth and level wood subfloors
